About Allegiance Homes was founded by Brian Kime in 2010.  It is the product of a career with its parent company, RDK Homes.  Where RDK excelled in production and semi-custom development, construction, and service on a mass scale throughout SE Michigan and Middle Tennessee, Allegiance brings a more personal, direct, hands-on approach to custom building only a few homes at a time.  With Allegiance, customers can sit down with Brian and layout their homes, pick materials, and walk the home from start to finish personally with the Builder.  Brian’s experience with building over 1000 homes with RDK allowed him the exposure to live the business from every angle - land acquistion, public approvals, site planning, engineering, development, roads, sewers, utilities, blue prints, plan approvals, sales, purchasing, budgeting, construction, closing, and customer service. RDK Homes, in which Brian was a Vice-President for many years, was the creation of Brian’s father.  During his time there, he worked not only with his dad, but his two brothers as well.  The passion, dedication, and personal pride that made RDK successful for 17 years lives on in Allegiance Homes.  Brian’s brother Greg is a successful realtor who will be happy to assist you selling your current home. Kime Brothers, where Brian began his career, was owned and operated by his father and uncle from the early 1980’s until the mid 1990’s.  Brian’s uncle was a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Architecture and was a strong influence on Brian during his first years in the business. Brian earned a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.  He specialized in structural and geotechnical design there.  He brings the attention to detail and drive for excellence instilled in him while at U of M to the building field.  Prior to U of M, Brian was very fortunate to receive an education in the Birmingham Schools where he was first taught CAD in sixth grade.  He went on to win the ASBE design contest every year during his time in high school. Brian and his wife, Elizabeth, have three young children.  They are active in the community and with church.    © Allegiance Homes, LLC 2019 ALLEGIANCE                     HOMES
